Sugar G does not wait. She also does not plan, reconsider, or accept that something might not work. She is the first one off the platform, the last one to acknowledge that a plan was bad, and the reason the team's mission debrief always opens with "so what happened was..."

Her sugar glider heritage gives her something extraordinary: at full sprint, she becomes almost invisible — a blur at the edge of perception, gone before your brain registers that something moved. Add the ability to launch herself between buildings, trees, and moving vehicles, and you start to understand why Commander Victor has three separate forms she has to sign before every mission.

She grew up in Western Sydney treating every roof, wall, and railing as a personal obstacle course. By the time Dr. Lilly Pilly found her, she'd been banned from four skate parks, two shopping centres, and one very surprised airport.

Sugar G would never say she's scared. Not once. Not even in the situations that are objectively terrifying. She has learned, however, to count to two before jumping into things — up from one, which was where she started, and is considered significant personal growth by the whole team.

Her sarcasm is constant, precise, and never mean. She uses it like a second language — and it is, in fact, more reliable than her first.
